We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Technical Project Coordinator to support the execution of IT projects across multiple domains. This role requires a basic understanding of technology, strong coordination skills, and the ability to work closely with technical teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient project delivery. You will assist Project Managers in planning, tracking, and executing projects while ensuring smooth communication and adherence to timelines and quality standards.

 

Key Responsibilities:

•Assist in managing IT projects from initiation to closure by supporting planning, execution, and delivery activities.
• Monitor daily project tasks, track progress against timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed as per schedule.
• Act as a point of coordination between internal teams and clients, ensuring clear communication and timely updates.
• Work closely with developers, QA, and other technical teams to understand requirements and ensure proper execution.
• Assist in defining project scope, timelines, deliverables, and resource planning in collaboration with senior team members.
• Utilize tools such as Jira, ClickUp, Monday.com, Trello, or similar platforms to manage tasks, sprints, and workflows.
• Identify potential risks, delays, or blockers and escalate them to Project Managers for timely resolution.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, meeting notes (MoMs), and dashboards.
• Support tracking of project performance using basic KPIs and ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Stay updated with basic industry trends, tools, and Agile practices to improve coordination and delivery efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Experience3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management within IT/services or software development environments
Technical ExpertiseBasic knowledge of:
– Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC)
– APIs, web/mobile technologies
– Databases and modern tech stacks
Project Management ToolsHands-on experience with tools like:
– Jira
– ClickUp
– Trello
– Monday.com
Leadership & Team ManagementProven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Client-Facing ExperienceStrong stakeholder management skills with experience handling global clients and complex delivery environments.
Communication Skills– Good verbal and written communication skills
