We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Site Manager with prior experience in the EV and BESS industry. The role requires overseeing project execution, site operations, and ensuring timely delivery of projects while maintaining safety, quality, and compliance standards. The candidate must be open to frequent travel to project sites across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage site operations for EV charging infrastructure and BESS projects.
- Ensure project execution as per design, specifications, and timelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project progress.
- Monitor and enforce safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at project sites.
- Track daily site activities, prepare reports, and highlight risks/issues proactively.
- Conduct inspections to ensure quality of installation, testing, and commissioning work.
- Manage site manpower and resolve on-ground operational challenges.
- Maintain documentation for site activities, permits, compliance, and audits.
- Report project progress to senior management on a regular basis.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site management, specifically in EV Charging Infrastructure / Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS).
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation, and commissioning processes.
- Proven ability to handle vendors, contractors, and site workforce.
- Familiarity with safety protocols, compliance standards, and quality assurance practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently across India for project requirements.
