SEO Responsibilities
- Perform keyword research with user-intent clarity (not random keyword dumping)
- Optimize landing pages, blogs, and collection/product pages (Shopify/WordPress experience preferred)
- Use GA4 + GSC + Looker Studio to understand what’s working and what’s not
- Technical SEO checks (crawl, indexation, CWV basics, schema, internal linking, etc.)
- Use AI-SEO tools smartly (not blindly)
- Analyse traffic drops, fluctuations, and opportunitie
CRO Responsibilities
- Study user behavior from Clarity/Hotjar recordings
- Build hypotheses and simple A/B test ideas
- Identify friction points in purchase funnels
- Suggest UI/UX improvements across mobile and desktop.
- Improve add-to-cart → checkout → purchase journeys
- Analyze drop-offs and recommend optimizations
