Jr. BDE (Online Bidder & Lead Generator)

We are seeking a motivated Online Bidder to join our business development team. The ideal candidate will have around 1 year of experience in online bidding and lead generation for IT services and solutions, and should be well-know of freelancing portals like Upwork, Guru, PPH, and others. Additional experience with direct outreaches via emails or LinkedIn, or any other lead generations strategies is a plus.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

• Around 1 year of experience in online bidding or business development for IT/software services.
• Identify and bid on relevant projects on platforms like Upwork, Guru, and others.
• Write compelling proposals and cover letters specific to client requirements.
• Generate leads from online channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic understanding of web and mobile technologies.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
