We are looking for a skilled Commissioning Manager to lead our project commissioning activities and ensure smooth deployment of EV and BESS systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the commissioning of EV charging infrastructure, BESS systems, and associated equipment at customer sites.
- Coordinate with project teams, vendors, and clients to ensure timely and successful commissioning.
- Prepare and review commissioning plans, test protocols, and site documentation.
- Conduct functional and performance testing of equipment and systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning phases.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
- Provide training and handover to operations teams post-commissioning.
- Maintain accurate records of commissioning activities, site reports, and progress updates.
Key Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronics, or related engineering discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of commissioning experience in EV, BESS, or related energy storage projects.
- Strong understanding of power electronics, battery systems, and electrical installations.
- Proven experience in project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and team management skills.
- Must be flexible to travel frequently to project sites across regions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with EV charging infrastructure standards and protocols.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and standards related to electrical and energy storage systems.
- Hands-on experience with commissioning tools and equipment.
