As our MarCom division continues to grow, we are looking for an Associate Brand Executive or Consultant who can become an integral part of this journey.

This is a role for someone who is genuinely fascinated by brands, communication, design, consumer behavior, and the psychology behind every decision. We are looking for an individual who understands that every color, word, visual, interaction, advertisement, and customer experience contributes to how a brand is perceived.

 

Key Responsibilities

Brand Research & Insights

  • Conduct research on industries, competitors, consumer behavior, and market trends.
  • Analyze brand positioning, communication strategies, and visual identities.
  • Identify market opportunities, gaps, and differentiation strategies.
  • Generate research-backed insights to support branding and marketing decisions.

 

Brand Strategy Support

 Assist in developing and refining:

 

Visual Brand Evaluation

  • Assess how design elements such as color, typography, imagery, layout, and UX influence brand perception.
  • Collaborate with design teams to ensure creative outputs align with brand strategy.
  • Review websites, campaigns, and digital experiences from a branding perspective.

 

Brand Audits & Experience Reviews

  • Evaluate websites, social media, presentations, advertisements, and customer journeys.
  • Identify inconsistencies in messaging, positioning, and visual communication.
  • Recommend improvements to strengthen brand consistency and perception.

Creative & Strategic Collaboration

  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for campaigns, launches, and rebranding initiatives.
  • Contribute insight-driven recommendations to improve creative concepts.
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, design, and leadership teams.
