Social Media Executive

We are looking for a Content & Event Media Executive who will be responsible for capturing and coordinating all visual content across tecHindustan’s events and internal activities. This role focuses on shooting high-quality photos and videos, coordinating with editing teams, and working closely with HR and Marketing to ensure every important company moment is documented and delivered on time.

This is a hands-on, execution-first role with strong ownership and coordination responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

Event & Content Capture

• Shoot photos and videos for all company events including:
  • Townhalls, leadership sessions, product launches
  • Team offsites, celebrations, workshops, and site visits
• Capture candid, behind-the-scenes, and leadership moments
• Ensure content meets tecHindustan’s brand and quality standards

Content Coordination & Delivery

• Shoot photos and videos for all company events including
• Share clear briefs, references, and timelines with editors
• Review edited content for accuracy, quality, and brand alignment
• Organize and maintain raw and edited content libraries

HR & Marketing Collaboration

• Work closely with HR to align on:
  • Upcoming employee engagement activities
  • Internal communication needs

Employer branding initiatives

• Coordinate with Marketing for external-facing content requirements
• Maintain visibility on all upcoming events and content needs

Planning & Ownership

• Maintain a central calendar for events and content coverage
• Ensure no key moment or milestone is missed
• Suggest content formats such as event recap videos, reels, photo stories, and internal
  highlights

Must-Have

• 1–4 years of experience in event content, media coverage, or similar roles
• Strong hands-on skills in photo and video shooting (DSLR / mirrorless / mobile)
• Understanding of social and corporate content formats
• Strong coordination, follow-up, and organizational skills
• Comfortable working with HR, Marketing, and leadership teams

Good to Have

• Basic understanding of video editing workflows
• Experience working with agencies or freelance editors
• Eye for storytelling and brand aesthetics
• Prior experience covering corporate or startup event
