We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer with Video Editing experience who can turn ideas into compelling visuals and narratives. This role blends design, motion graphics, and video editing. You’ll report directly to the Marketing Manager to create designs and videos that not only look stunning but also tell a story and deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Design social media creatives across formats (static, carousel, story, reel covers, banners).
- Maintain the brand style guides and visual consistency across all assets.
- Create infographics and data visuals to simplify complex ideas.
- Design marketing collateral: brochures, powerpoint presentations, business cards,email headers & template graphics pitch decks, landing page graphics, mockups.
- Edit short-form content (reels, ads, b-rolls) and long-form content (YouTube videos, webinars,
podcasts).
- Manage podcast editing, audio cleanup, video framing, branding overlays.
- Perform motion graphics animation for logos, intros, explainers, and product videos.
- Handle color grading and sound syncing for professional video output.
- Repurpose long-form content into shorter, platform-friendly snippets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to visualize campaign ideas.
- Research and track design/video trends to keep content modern and innovative.
- Build templates and reusable design systems for the team.
- Support website and app UI teams with graphic assets when needed.
- Manage asset libraries and keep creative files organized.
- Ensure all creative output is optimized for different platforms (social, email, print, web).
- Collaborate with photographers/videographers for raw shoot planning and editing requirements.
Tools You Should Master
- Design: Figma, Canva, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign.
- Video: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut.
- Others: PowerPoint
What We’re Looking For
- 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing.
- Strong eye for design, typography, colors, and composition.
- Ability to think creatively and push beyond templates. But more importantly, you’ve got a portfolio that proves you can push creative boundaries.
- Proactive, tech-driven, and curious about future trends in design and media.
- Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to take feedback positively.
- Attention to detail, with a habit of double-checking work before delivery.
- Punctual and deadline oriented.
