We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Technical Content Writer with 2-3 years of experience to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating in-depth technical content that simplifies complex topics for a diverse audience. You will collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing teams to produce high-quality content such as user guides, white papers, API documentation, blog posts, and technical articles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Development: Write clear, accurate, and engaging technical content, including user manuals, API documentation, technical blog posts, white papers, and tutorials.
- Technical Documentation: Collaborate with engineering teams to create and maintain up-to-date product documentation and instructional content for internal and external users.
- Simplifying Complex Topics: Translate technical information into user-friendly content for a wide range of audiences, including developers, engineers, and non-technical users.
- Content Research: Conduct thorough research on industry trends, emerging technologies, and product updates to produce authoritative and relevant content.
- SEO and Content Strategy: Work with the marketing and SEO teams to optimize technical content for search engines, including the use of keywords, metadata, and linking strategies.
- Content Review and Editing: Ensure all content is reviewed for accuracy, consistency, and clarity while adhering to the company’s style guidelines.
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Collaborate with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts to gather and verify technical information for documentation and content development.
- Content Management Systems: Utilize content management systems (CMS) to create, manage, and organize content across various platforms.
- Stay Updated: Keep up with the latest technology trends, product updates, and best practices in technical writing to improve the quality and relevance of content.

Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-3 years of proven experience in technical writing, content writing, or a related field within the tech industry.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Technical Knowledge: Solid understanding of technical concepts, software development, cloud computing, APIs, programming languages, or IT systems.
- Writing Skills: Strong technical writing, editing, and proofreading skills with the ability to simplify complex information into clear and concise content.
- Research Skills: Ability to conduct thorough research to ensure content is accurate, up-to-date, and reliable.
- Tools Expertise: Familiarity with documentation tools such as Markdown, Confluence, GitHub, JIRA, MS Office Suite, and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
- SEO Understanding: Experience in writing SEO-friendly technical content, understanding of on-page SEO strategies, and keyword optimization.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and product managers.
