We are looking for a skilled and self-driven UI/UX Designer with 4+ years of experience who can independently own and manage end-to-end design projects. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience designing admin dashboards, complex web platforms, and data-heavy interfaces, along with the ability to confidently communicate with clients and stakeholders.This role requires a balance of design thinking, execution excellence, and project ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design for admin portals, dashboards, and web platforms
- Understand business requirements and translate them into intuitive user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity UI designs
- Design complex workflows, role-based access screens, data tables, forms, and system-driven interfaces
- Independently manage design projects from requirement gathering to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders
- Communicate design decisions clearly to clients and internal teams
- Conduct UX research and usability reviews where required
- Ensure consistency across products by following and evolving design systems
- Review implementation and provide design support during development
- Handle feedback constructively and iterate designs efficiently
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 4+ years of hands-on experience as a UI/UX Designer
- Proven experience working on admin dashboards, SaaS platforms, or enterprise web applications
- Strong understanding of UX principles, user flows, information architecture, and interaction design
- Expertise in Figma (components, auto-layout, design systems, prototyping)
- Experience designing data-heavy screens (tables, charts, filters, forms, settings)
- Ability to manage projects independently and end-to-end
- Strong communication skills with the ability to present and justify design decisions to clients
- Good understanding of developer handoff and feasibility constraints
- Ability to balance UX quality with business and technical requirements
