We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Sales Executive with over 2 years of experience in a product-based company to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully driving sales, managing customer relationships, and achieving targets in a competitive market.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for our product offerings, including prospecting, lead generation, and managing the sales pipeline.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the products to effectively demonstrate and communicate their value propositions to potential clients.
  • Sales Presentations: Conduct compelling product presentations, both in-person and virtually, to prospective clients and customers.
  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by closing deals and increasing revenue.
  • Negotiation & Closing: Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing, including handling objections, negotiating terms, and securing deals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer support, and product development, to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.

 

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of sales experience in a product-based company.
  • Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
  • Sales Techniques: Proven experience in B2B or B2C sales, with a demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Product Knowledge: Ability to quickly learn and effectively communicate product features and benefits to customers.
  • Education: A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Travel: Must be willing and able to travel frequently to meet clients and attend relevant events or conferences.

 

Working Conditions:

  • Full time position with standing working hours (10:00 AM to 7:00 PM)
  • 5 days working (Monday to Friday)
