We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solution Architect with a deep understanding of Microsoft Azure to lead the design, implementation, and management of our cloud solutions. As a Cloud Solution Architect, you will be responsible for developing and executing our cloud strategy, ensuring optimal performance, security, and cost-effectiveness.
Responsibilities:
- Define and implement a comprehensive Azure strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Design and document robust Azure architectures, including infrastructure and application layers.
- Evaluate and select appropriate Azure services, such as Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Lead the migration of existing on-prem and cloud applications and workloads to Azure, minimizing downtime and risk.
- Manage and optimize Azure infrastructure, including virtual machines, Web Apps, storage, networking, API and security.
- Implement robust security measures to protect Azure environments from threats and vulnerabilities.
- Continuously monitor and optimize Azure costs, utilizing effective cost optimization strategies.
- Collaborate with 3rd Party Vendors and SaaS providers to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Azure infrastructure and applications.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for Azure architectures, processes, and best practices.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture with a strong focus on Azure.
- Strong proficiency in Azure services, including Azure IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS offerings.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
- Azure Certifications, such as Azure Solutions Architect Expert.
Nice to have:
- CISSP Certifications.
- Experience with automation tools, and scripting languages ( PowerShell, Python).
- Knowledge of AI technologies especially on Azure
