We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tech Sales People to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in technology related products within the tri city areas. The Sales Executive will play a crucial role in driving business growth, building strong client relationships, and promoting our innovative range of products.

Responsibilities

Sales and Business Development:

  • Identify potential clients and actively generate new leads within the realty/retail/education/industries sector.
  • Business Development through a deep understanding of the company products and effectively communicate its value proposition to potential clients.
  • Create Robust sales pipeline by doing effective market research and creating database.
  • Achieve sales targets by converting leads into customers and maintaining a robusts
  • Participate in events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the company’s products.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, prospects, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing any inquiries or concerns promptly.
  • Understand clients’ needs and requirements to tailor product offerings that meet their specific demands.

Collaborative Team Player:

  • Work closely with the peers and aligned teams to implement effective strategies and achieve collective goals.
  • Collaborate with product development and technical teams to provide customer feedback and insights.

Qualification (Knowledge Areas)

  • B.tech/Diploma in Sales/Technology/BCA : Understanding of IOT products/Technology or electronic products.

Requirements

Communication Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey product features and benefits.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities to close deals and handle objections.
  • Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer relationships.

Technical Aptitude:

  • A good understanding of technologies is advantageous, working knowledge of MS word excel/MS ppt is preferable.
  • Demonstrated experience in using CRM systems to manage leads, track sales activities, and maintain customer data.
  • Ability to work independently and take the initiative to drive sales and business growth.

Flexibility:

  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, industry events, and business requirements.
